Overview

If you were planning to launch a website for your real estate agency or construction business, that will require a dedicated system to manage the property related contents, agents, property visit requests and other relevant data. With SP Property, you can perfectly manage all the property-related information like property posts, property features, agents, activities (e.g. visit requests), and do much more. We have also released Empire Joomla template based on SP Property component. You can use the SP Property component on any Joomla site. It fits to all kinds of real estate businesses, agencies and portals.

Key Features:

  • Easily manage the entire component contents. Add agents, categories, properties, property features and other necessary stuff quickly.
  • Add standard property features independently, so you can apply them on other property posts if needed. Features are centralized and you can add them once, then use on other property posts.
  • Show important property related information like property gallery, map, price, size, floor plan, agent contact information etc.
  • Add agent profiles to your property site and present your listed agents in an innovative way. Agent profiles include basic information like name, designation, image, description, social links, maps etc.
  • The map frame on the agent profile shows all of their listed properties with pins.
  • Ajax visit requests and agent contact forms mean faster hassle-free form submission without reloading the entire page.
