Yes, but that menu item must be manually removed from Website database - Menu table, search and remove.

OR

You can also rename (override name) with empty space, use System > Languages: Override > Administrator > NEW and use phrase:

COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADMIN_MENU_EASYSTOE

Those two methods without touching php code.

COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_EDITOR_DASHBOARD_SIDEBAR_MENU_EASYSTORE

And later
