I need to add data that will be repeated in each of the properties and an easy way to do this can be through a custom field. Can I add custom fields to SP Property?

I would be looking to use this for rooms within a property rather than multiple properties. Ie a large guesthouse which has multipule rentable rooms that you could filter by Double / Twin beds, Family Rooms, En-suite rooms etc.
