Problems Uploading Image

When we upload an image/ add element image we get the following error message:
*The page cannot be displayed because:
an outdated bookmark was called up. an outdated index of this website was called up via a search engine. an incorrect address was called up. no access rights for this page exist. the requested source was not found. an error occurred during the request.
please try one of the following pages: home page if you have any problems, please contact the administrator of this website.*
All other elements work. We have not changed the system, we have not had any problems so far, what is the error?
