Updated Magnin from 1.0.1 TO 1.0.2 - backend is fine but front end doesnt load and gives the error..

Whats the cause and whats the fix?

PLEASE NOTE! I DON'T WANT IT FIXING I WANT TO KNOW WHATS CAUSED IT AND HOW TO FIX IT.
