Why there will be no answer for hours together unless you show desperacy you people dont answer? is it deliberate?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay. Actually, last two days were weekend here.

2. You have two alternative solution as follows: i) Create a new user, use PHPMyAdmin and change his ID to 46, give him register rights. ii) Check manually all articles one by one, and change author User.
