In February this year we had a big problem with submitting the form. It takes a long time to process the form. At the end the user gets a confirmation, but we don't get anything. We were also missing the function to save the values in the database as well. Today I have created a plugin to capture the data before the getAjax function for e-mail sending. This plugin works. I see a lot of data stored in the database. I also get all mails as originator. But my colleague who is the receiver doesn't get any e-mail. And the form remains and nothing happens on the screen. We have a redirect page for users. Could you please check? What is going on?
