Article Addon Multiple Tags Selections OR

Please change the way Article Addon works with selecting multiple Tags
At the moment mutliple tags have AND
This should be changed to OR So mutiple selections of Tags are all added in the list.
Note: Or create a settings of AND/OR with the tags.

I actually meant the Category selection.
It does not follow the same standard as the Joomla System:
The Joomla article can only have 1 Category per article. the SPPB has checkboxes for each Category, but they are with AND and should be OR with multiple Category selecitons in the Article addon.
