As you can see/read, MegaMenu is enabled from Template Options > Menu

Helix3 is old template framework system, we don't use it for new templates anymore.

It can be problem with mod_security settings, please disable that in cPanel (hosting panel) or ask hosting support to disable that for now (1-2 days).

Hosting runs on both apache and nginx. there is no mod_security there.
