Please comment out this line on .htaccess file by adding a # before the line.

#Header append Content-Encoding gzip

Then I will be able to check your admin panel. You may follow this discussion

I checked .htaccess and could not find this line but I found others, which have mentioned in hidden content.

To solve this issue, I just change to other internet and it shows perfect. May you can try that as well.

I finally solved the issues of admin side not loading CSS. There is some issuw with Atum template of admin. So, I installed new template - Xiro. It is working fine now.

You can now login. Please do the needful.

I have checked. But there are no issues with the payment button. Please check the screencast in the hidden content.

I just checked and the issue is still there, you might not see it because if you have opened the website earlier. Either clear the cache of the browser or check other browser. There is no issue on admin side but for the userside/frontend.
