Image Gallery With Ratings

Does anyone have an idea how I can create an image gallery (e.g. with SP Easy Image Gallery or whatever!) where each image can be rated separately?

Each image individually and it will be visible on the website.

Think of it as a poll that can be cast for each image on a scale of 1-5
