Edit "user Menu" Items Shown Under The User Icon Of Orbit Template

I'm trying to edit the menu items (Profile // Logout) shown as a drop down in the "user icon / login icon" item within the Orbit template.
I don't have an "user menu" so the menu items are not coming from there, and I've tried editing COM_USER and MOD_LOGIN without success.
This is especially important to fix as Orbit / EasyStore offers NO way of viewing orders from the front end once you've logged out of the site after making an order.
