Youtube Embed is Blocked

Hi,
I am really struggling to successfully embed a youtube video on my site - the content is blocked. I have removed 'iframe' from the prohibited elements in tinymce editor. And weirdly if I view the video test page source from the browser, copy and paste it into a blank page on a static (non joomla) area of the site it works perfectly. So it must be either joomla, sp pagebuilder or the template causing the problem. Any ideas at all? Have I missed a setting somewhere?
I am using Joomla 4.2.8 SP page builder Pro 3.8.10 Template: shaper_helixultimate

I will check, it can be also "bug" from that video or server settings.
On one of my sites, I also still have SPPB 3.8 and Joomla 4.4 , Helix and all works.

Accepted AnswerI tested on Module, Article, SPPB (Video, Raw HTML), even video.html file and Chrome/Firefox - everywhere YouTube is locked.
In that case please ask hosting company ! This is not normal behavior. It must be locked on the server side. For example: mod_security settings.
