Sorry, this feature does not exist. There is no good solution. You can create 2 specialists with the same name. But I would not suggest this because it can create confusion.

Thanks for your answer :) No plan to change this behavior in the next release ? Actually we are using K2 and this feature is a must :) But our idea was to move from K2 to SPMedical ...

I have set high priority for this feature request. It has been requested to the team in the last year. Most probably, they are not interested. I do not see much hope here.
