Hello I am using Investa Template and when I tried to update Joomla version it gave me https://prnt.sc/VzjjJ59dmEPx Error 500 !! I changed the PHP version to many 7.4 - 8.0 - 8.1 - 8.3 but the same !! can you help please

I have updated Joomla version on your site. This could be a network issue on your end. Everything is fine now.

Apology for the inconvenience. Please go to Global Configuration -> System and turn on Debug mode. Then check the page. It should show the error location. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur
