Why is It Necessary To Clear The Joomla Cache If I Changed E.g. The Padding Of A Section To Make It Visible

Hello I am running Joomla 5.1.1 and SP Page Builder 5.3.4. If I chaged e.g. the padding of a section and save it the result is not visible on the Frontend. If I clear the Joomla cache and reload the page the change is possible to see.
This behaivor is very bad and my version bevor (SPPB 3.8.10) was working ok.

Accepted AnswerHi, seems to be ok but one remark is important. You must be aware of the Joomla cache setting. If there is a time out of 15 min defined change of the page will be shown after end of this time out. Best Regards
