JOOMLA CUSTOM FIELDS

I have a Joomla module, showing a list of articles, within a certain category.
In that list, the intro-text is shown. The intro-text contains references to Joomla Custom fields.
But when I place the module inside a Pagebuilder page, these Joomla Custom field contents are not shown.
Is there a work around?

a lot of usage/option would open - to use pagebuilder as more than just"presentation" pages.
Knowledge databases for instance :)
But, gotcha :)
