I was looking at the Renew / upgrades, I have 300 days left on my existing subscription, but it's not clear what happens on an upgrade as it does not seem to take into account the days left? Thanks Jamie

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. If you renew your existing plan now, your subscription will extend from your current expiry date. You can renew your existing plan through the RENEW button located in your Dashboard:

https://www.joomshaper.com/dashboard

You can then buy the plan manually then we will merge your plan.

Hi I just upgraded from Personal to Business, the personal one had 301 days left, and now it's saying the personal one is expired and the business one has 365 days left. I have effectively lost the 301 days of the personal one, this is not fair and either days need to be added to the new business one, or what's left on the the Personal one needs to be refunded.
