Template: Tempis Attempt To Assign Property 'last_check_timestamp' On Null

I have a problem with the Temis template. I am using the quickstart package. The installation works without any issues. Then, in the backend, I am notified that there is a new version of Joomla. When I click on it, I receive the message: "Attempt to assign property 'last_check_timestamp' on null". I have install on the MariaDB 10 MySQL 8 Same Problem. PHP Version is 8.1
