Pro Content Not Available

Hello, I have just bought the Pro version but I cannot access the content in terms of templates and content from the Pro version. Can this be changed somehow or does a certain amount of time have to pass after purchase before the content is activated? The license key and email address are already entered.

If there are any communication difficulties, I am unfortunately working with an online translator as it is not actually my preferred language.

would be nice if you have Anydesk, as this site is currently being built locally

Until you are on localhost I have limited support options. We have that notice in Support Policy.

Maybe you can move site from localhost to server - then we can think.

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, but I will get in touch as soon as I get the chance.

Nevertheless, thank you for your support

So I was able to install the application on another test site and I still got the same error despite following the instructions.

I also noticed that I cannot upload images via your media manager, which works without any problems with Joomla's own component.

Upload problems is in most cases caused by mod_security , can you disable it from cPanel (Hosting Panel), and recheck.

But I was able to upload 3 jpg files so far ;)

I will loggin soon after lunch.

Q: Are you sure that License Key that you used in SPPB Settings is correct?

The SPPB license key should be taken from the JoomShaper dashboard: https://www.joomshaper.com/dashboard/frontview - copy & paste again. And e-mail must be that same that you used on JS profile.

Sometimes you're so stupid, I didn't notice that I hadn't used my standard email address.

I thank you for your help anyway and apologize for the stolen time

Best wishes
