Attempt To Assign Property "row_id" On Null

Updated to latest version of SP PageBuilder version: 5.3.4

Tried creating a new page (copied from a previous page I built) Page was copied fine. I renamed the page and saved. Created a menu item to link to the page and the link gives me this error. 0 Attempt to assign property "row_id" on null

Is this a bug in the new version?

Re-tried save as copy. Seems to be working now. No error code linking page.
