Form Builder Doesn't Work

Hi, on the website https://theaterplankgas.be/index.php/contact the contact form is not working. if I test the mail settings via PHP it does work. I don't know what is set wrong. Can you guys take a look. thanks in advance

Hi Davy, Sometimes you cannot use the same email address as the admin or the general email address in the web form. Have you tried using a different email address for receipt?

Furthermore, the website is currently unavailable. Did this perhaps happen after installing a new plugin?
