Formatting Not Being Applied

On my home page sliderat https://www.flexserv.com/ I have

  • buttons formatted as rounded and
  • a text shadow on the title text as you can see when you log into the back end but none of that is showing up on the live site. Also, the sliders are not rotating at all. Why is the formatting not being applied?

It had to do with the buttons on the slider images but I don't see the problem now. There was a pagebuidler update that might have changed it.
