Page Builder Won't Add Or Delete Pages

Im not able to add pages and sometimes add addons to the sections, I have installed and, uninstall and install back again, version 5+ and version 3+, with no luck, also sometime it wont add any addons and just take me back to the main directory, it wont take my licence # either.

Accepted AnswerI contacted my bluehost tech support, they can't help, I added my credentials in the hidden contact space I see other people having issues also, I can see the pages I created in the njoomla core menu window, but not in the sp bupage builder directory

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

Accepted AnswerPlease install this backup on your server and check your issue (shared in the hidden content box). I have disabled this plugin. You can enable it after installing.

Accepted AnswerI installed the file you sent, I did not work, my structure was missing so I reinstalled the one I sent you again. Is there anything else I can try? I never had these many problems I always used smart slider and pagebuilder together in the past with no problems at all.

Accepted AnswerI tried it again, no luck, I installed version 3+ 4+ the back up you sent, and the latest which I have right now, still not working, I thought I had it when I changed my directory view to show published, which is shows all my attempts t create new pages, but is also not saving my uploads, and it's back to not saving my created content and addons, so frustrating! all the work I did today, not showing at all
