Hello Sebastian Pingel

Yes, it is possible to show upcoming events as a Joomla module. Go to modules and take a new SP LMS Upcoming Events Module. It will show all the future events as a module. Remember that you cannot show past events here.

This is how it will look on the frontend or site preview:

Exactly, that's what I tried. The following is then displayed in the preview

Does this only work with the educon template?

No, it will work with any template. I have checked Doctor template. SP LMS Upcoming Event module works fine.

You are welcome 😊

I have installed the version on your site. However, please download it from here:

https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension

and install on your site. This will update the version number and there will be no issues.

Please accept the answer that helped you. It will be then easier to find the solution for the other users with the same issue. There is a button to accept answer after each comment.

I have a humble request too. It would be very kind of you if you can manage some moment to give us feedback on

  1. Joomla Extension Directory
  2. TrustPilot

This will inspire us to improve.

Thank you for your feedback.

That was just a test page. I have this and other errors on the productive site

https://drachenboot.de/administrator/index.php

The module is called "Next events" and is not displayed.

end(): Argument #1 ($array) must be of type

array, string given

Here is the link to the page

I have published the module. The overridden file has issue. I have renamed the file:

templates/shaper_educon/html/mod_splmsupcomingevents/default.php

SP LMS Upcoming Events module will load from the component now.
