Since 5 days I'm waiting for help. Is there no more support? I purchased 3 licenses from you. For a product that no longer works after an update and there is no support.

Hello Klaus, i had this behaviour in the past too.

I figured out, that my "I don't care about cookies" Addon in my Browser disturbed SPPB Frontend editing after deleting the Browser Cache. After deactivating and reloading SPPB Frontend i saw the Accept Cookies Button. After pushing it i was able to use Frontend editing again.

Maybe this helps you to find out what the problem is.

Hello BOFH Thanks for the tip. I did everything like that. Unfortunately the screen still remains blank. Do you have any idea why no one from SP Support is contacting you? Do they still have support? Regards

Weird.

Goto Helix Ultimate Settings -> Advanced -> SCSS -> Enable it -> Save -> Disable it -> Save

Try again in Joomla Clear Cache -> Delete All -> Clear Expired Cache.

If you have something like JCH Optimize also go there and press "Clean cache".

Goto SP Page Builder Pro -> Settings -> Purge Cached CSS -> Save Changes. Check if "Frontend Editing" is there activated.

In your Browser deactivate all Add-ons -> goto privacy -> Manage data -> Search your Website -> Delete selected -> Close all Browser windows -> Open your Frontend Editor.

If nothing changes make a Video for the Support.

Hi Klaus,

Sorry for the unwanted delay.

I have checked your backend. The template you are using is not from us. I have found that, the template suggesting to use PHP 8.1 with Joomla 5.

https://agethemes.com/downloads/at-fishing-free-responsive-fishing-joomla-template/

Would you please downgrade to PHP 8.1, clear caches, then check again?

Did you ask help from your template provider also?

Best Regards

Same problem. I was on PHP 8.1 when i reported the problem.

It work fine until the last Helix Update and Page Builder Update.

Start of report: After installing PB 5.3.1 and Helix 2.1.0 frontend editor not working. Empty screen. Cache and browser cache are empty.

Now i'm on 5.3.2 and Helix 2.1.1. The problem is still there.

Hi Klaus,

As I asked you about, did you ask help from your template provider?

Please make sure the template is compatible with the latest Helix Ultimate and SPPB versions. If the template is not, kindly downgrade to which vertions the template supports.

Best Regards

When will I finally get help? I have answered your questions. The template supports the latest Joomla version. Is Paul Frankowski still in your company? I'm sure he would have found the error long ago.

Hello Klaus Liedtke

Apology for your experience. I have taken your site backup and checking your issue on my localhost. It seems that you are having blank frontend editor on some specific addons like Feature Box, Opt-in Form etc. Please allow me some time to investigate more and get a solution.

Best regards

Please disable this plugin System - SEO Friendly Links and Images Pro - SEOFLI and then check your issue. It is working fine on my localhost after disabling it. Also, your template might have some issues. So, check it on Casseopeia to be sure. If it works with Casseopeia and not in your template, then please contact with your template provider for support.
