Templates plans include every JoomShaper template and SP Page Builder Pro. Page Builder Pro plans include SP Page Builder Pro. All Access includes everything: every template, SP Page Builder Pro, EasyStore and our other extensions.
All plans include a year of updates and support.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every template and extension has a live demo you can click through. You can also start for free with SP Page Builder Lite, the Helix Ultimate framework and our free modules, then upgrade to a plan when you need more.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged automatically?
No. Each plan is a one-off payment for 12 months of downloads, updates and support. Nothing renews automatically. We email you 30 days and 7 days before your plan ends, so you can decide whether to renew.
How does renewing work?
Renew from your account at any time. The new year is added to your current end date, so renewing early never loses you time.
What happens when my plan ends?
Everything you built keeps working, and you can keep using the products you downloaded. What stops is new downloads, updates, support and the licence key, which no longer activates updates or the Pro layout library in SP Page Builder. Renew whenever you are ready to pick them up again.
How many websites can I use it on?
Each plan shows how many websites it covers. You add your sites in your account, under Licenses. Need to move a licence? Deactivate a site to free its slot, then add the new one.
Can I use it to build websites for my clients?
Yes, you can build client websites with our templates and extensions, within the number of sites your plan covers. You can modify the products as you like; you may not resell or redistribute them.
Which Joomla versions are supported?
Our current templates and extensions are built for the Joomla versions the Joomla project supports today. Each product page lists its exact compatibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are handled securely by FastSpring. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and UnionPay cards, PayPal or Amazon Pay. We never see or store your card details.
Do prices include VAT or sales tax?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and sales tax. Any tax due in your country is calculated and added at checkout, and shown on your invoice.
What support is included?
While your plan is active, our team answers your questions on the support forum, usually within 48 business hours. Our documentation and tutorials are open to everyone.
We are happy to help with small tweaks, like a few lines of CSS. Larger custom development is outside what support covers.
