I want to make it clear that you can never truly understand the difference until you've tested it yourself. I have an active account here and have installed 4 templates. At all the page builder component and the templates are at least usable and perfect harmonized with the mobile devices etc. In contrast, other templates here are often overloaded with unnecessary databases for doctors (including hospitals) or industrial themes that are of little relevance to most customers.
I have shown a lot of patience as they have been releasing template after template here for years that are neither suitable for daily use nor serve the needs of our customers. There are millions of restaurants, hairdressers, beauty salons, and other businesses that are simply ignored or neglected. Instead, they try to sell there stupid booking and Health-Components, with so many errors in.
How many hospitals do you have as customers? Or how many customers from other industries do you serve? This would help to clarify that you want to see specific numbers and examples to better understand the relevance of the templates being offered.
Yootheme has a sophisticated page builder that works perfectly from the front end and doesn't feel overloaded. Additionally, the support team here is not keeping up with tracking their own products. None of the support staff have any idea where the development is heading. It's always the same clichés. Sehnaz wrote these exact same syllables to me in the forum 3-4 years ago. They never tire of repeating themselves. It's sad to see. No progress, nothing.
Please tell me, which of these templates from here have you actively used for a client?
You mention functionality. The functionality of easyStore is ridiculous. The customer has to enter their country every time they make a purchase. Please don't talk about functionality here. None of the pages work perfectly on devices.
Furthermore, my request, which would significantly enhance the product's functionality, was ignored last year. So much for listening to customers. Customers whom Joomshaper had warned for years about developing past us. Look at where they've ended up now. They don't learn!
Which customer takes a website seriously that constantly asks for their country of origin or delivery country? In this day and age? That's foolish! It's not only annoying for the customer, but also reflects poorly on the professionalism of the website and the company.
I'm out. Good luck to you all. Sometimes you should switch. Sometimes.
Cheers
