Formbuilder does Not Redirect

I have a form on my site built with formbuilder. It submits OK and shows confirmation message, however I want it to redirect to another page on submission, but when I toggle the redirect switch it neither submits the message nor redirects to new page.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Might be you are using SMPT function for the mail. I think your SMTP information doesn't work or wrong. Can you use PHP mail function to check the form builder mail function?
