Form Builder Dont Send Emails

Hello, I have a problem that emails cannot be sent with the form builder. It keeps appearing that I should fill out the fields, even though I'm not supposed to.

I have checked all parameters several times and nothing comes out

I have added a test page on your site with Form Builder addon and it works fine there. Please share your contact page link to investigate the issue.

I mean the Form Builder on the home page, the page is called TSV-Start in the Form Builder row. I have attached pictures that illustrate the point. As I said, nothing will be shipped
